It has a new lovely freeform heated pool and relaxing patio in a private backyard - complete with outdoor eating area. Swim, eat, and watch butterflies and birds under the palms.... This is a classic Conch house, typical of old Key West. This house is in a truly quiet, residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to Duval Street, the boisterous hub of town. The house is light and airy and is newly decorated with lovely modern furnishings (Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, etc), wireless broadband internet service, living/dining/kitchen area and a second comfortable living room complete with cable TV, DVD/VCR and stereo/CD player. Both bedrooms also feature flat panel TV's. Casa Dulce is in a very friendly, old town neighborhood, perfect for your retreat. The interior is thoughtfully designed with tile floors, central air, cathedral ceilings, a full, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms with full size beds, a comfortable carpeted loft with 2 twin beds and 2 lovely tiled bathrooms. All beds feature down pillows and comforters. We have provided everything you'll need to make you feel right at home including a collection of movies, a fully stocked kitchen and cooling ceiling fans in every room. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and a pair of shorts and come enjoy the beauty and diversity that Key West has to offer! Amenities: Private, gated lushly landscaped yard.
