This home is situated in the heart of Old Town close the Historic Seaport District. Finely detailed with unparallel amenities, this is the perfect vacation spot for the discriminating guest who wants to enjoy Key West at its finest.

It is actually two cottages. The main house is a two - story with Brazilian cherry hard wood and tile floors. A large indoor dining area right off the open livingroom and full kitchen. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless appliances and everything you need to cook, prepare and serve your favorite Key West meal. Surrounded by French doors you look out upon your private heated pool and the Master bedroom en-suite with king bed, full bath & tons of closet space. There is a totally private deck off the master bath with private outside shower.
Upstairs in the main house are two guest bedrooms each with it's own A/C unit for total comfort. Original Dade County Pine gives this historic house a real Key West feeling. Downstairs in is a full size bath with tub/shower combo, and a small room with a day bed for that unexpected guest.
The extensive outdoor living space is complete with two large umbrellas to shade you from the Caribbean sunshine as you relax on your chaise lounges. There is a gas BBQ grill for those evening Iron Chef cook-offs.
Off street parking for one vehicle and the perfect front porch for enjoying the lazy days of Key West.
