KEY WEST CONCH is located at 707 Simonton Street—an address of distinction. This grandiose historic home was built in the 1890's and has been host to many luxurious parties and events. From your large front porch watch the world go by because you are just one block from the celebrated Duval Street where there are over 500 different stores, restaurants, galleries and bars located within 1.25 miles—ocean to ocean.

Enter the home and be greeted in the foyer by an antique crystal chandelier. To your right is one of the two large living areas. The first living room is formal, yet comfortable.The second is the TV room, complete with large CATV and DVD player. There is a powder room off of the foyer. Dining room with seating for up to six people. In the rear of the first level is the full gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook, prepare and serve up a sumptuous meal. Off of the kitchen is a covered deck with table and chairs.
Take a Jacuzzi or sun-bathe in the privacy of your own backyard. Grill up some fresh local seafood on your gas BBQ grill. Venture up the lavish solid wood staircase there are three private bedrooms two with queen beds and the third with two twin beds. A large full bath sits at the end of the hall. Complete with linens and hair dryer. The home has off-street parking for up to three vehicles (a total luxury in Key West). Enjoy what all Key West has to offer in the beautiful Key West Conch.
