Lost Weekend at 1310 Royal Street is perfectly situated for the discriminating guest who wants to enjoy Key West at its finest. Located in the Casa Marina district right around the corner from Higgs Beach and blocks from Duval Street, home of world famous watering holes, shopping and dining. Walk up to White Street, the new Mecca for arts and entertainment, plus Faustos grocery, the White Street Bakery, and another Key West hot spot, Sandy's Café for the best café con leche on the island.

This house offers outdoor as well as indoor living space. The private deck off the kitchen and living room allows for cozy outdoor dining and grilling as well as a chaise lounges for soaking up the sun.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for visiting guests or family, Satellite TV, DVD, and CD player. The kitchen is outfitted for the gourmet chef with granite countertops, soft lighting, blender, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and everything necessary to prepare meals or heat leftovers during your extended vacation here. Both bedrooms offer queen size beds and TVs. There are two full baths; one a tub/shower combo the other a large tiled shower.
The gated and fenced yard is a lush tropical garden landscaped with the plants of paradise. Hi Speed Internet allows you to keep in contact with the world you left behind.
