Enjoy this beautiful 2 story historic home, sunny pool, large open floor plan for entertaining and plenty of outdoor living space. This home is situated in the heart of Old Town close the Historic Seaport District. Finely detailed with unparallel amenities, this is the perfect vacation spot for the discriminating guest who wants to enjoy Key West at its finest.
The house is two – story with gorgeous hard wood floors. Original Dade County Pine, some unique artwork and a baby grand piano gives this historic house a real Key West feeling. The downstairs consists of the second bedroom with queen size bed, large armoire for clothing and a large flat screen TV. There is a downstairs full bath with stand alone tub and hand shower A luxurious TV room with large flat screen television keeps those kids & adults entertained. The full kitchen includes stone countertops with breakfast bar, stainless appliances (including a wine chiller) and everything you need to cook, prepare and serve your favorite Key West meal.
Relax and entertain with an abundant of comfy furniture and the piano in the living area. Wall to wall French doors allows you look out upon your very own private island oasis.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with king size bed and plenty of closet space. Also a beautiful custom tiled bathroom with glass enclosed shower finish off this master en-suite.
The extensive outdoor living space is complete with a covered porch to shade you from the Caribbean sunshine and ceiling fans for a comfortable outdoor dining experience. And there is a gas BBQ grill for those evening Iron Chef cook-offs. Or just relax on your chaise lounges as you sip that margarita and work on your Key West tan. The large heated swim pool is amazing with its black bottom so that the Key West clouds just reflect off the water.
Off street parking for one vehicle and the perfect front porch for enjoying the lazy days of Key West.
