We recently stayed at your Key West Conch House rental located at 707 Simonton Street. This house was not only historic, and family friendly, it was also the ultimately location for walking to all the “must see’s” in downtown Key West. After a long day of touring we spent several evenings on the front porch just watching the folks walk by.Your company was very helpful and responsive in getting us booked, assisting arrival/check-out and making this trip as memorial as possible. Until we return to the Key West Conch House best wishes to you and the staff at Key West Hideaways!”

First, we had an absolutely perfect vacation in Key West thanks to you. The house was great, the location perfect and, as I told, you were undeniably the most efficient and responsive business woman I have encountered in ages. If you need a promotional testimony for advertising, let me know. Again, thanks for the great vacation in Key West. We’ll definitely return there and will do business with you again.”
The Key West Conch was a great property. Located one block off of Duval Street and 1 mile from Higgs Beach, it was the perfect location. The house offered plenty of space with modern amenities while maintaining the historic feel of a house built in the early 1900’s. The front porch of the Conch was also spacious with plenty of seating to sit and enjoy the foot traffic on Simonton St. and the back porch was huge and easily accommodated our family of 6. Whether bringing the family or coming with friends, the Key West Conch is a great property.”
