Located at the Sunset Marina Waterfront Residences, this 1700 sq. ft. penthouse condominium is on the top floor (3rd & yes there is an elevator) overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a margarita from one of your four balconies while enjoying the sunset colors of the seasons from the bright orange and golds to the deep pinks and purples. You will never tire of this water view! Keep an eye on your boat in the 30’ boat slip that is included. Full marina services are available. Whatever your needs may be for fishing, diving or just enjoying our spectacular Caribbean waters. Located on Stock Island just minutes from the celebrated Duval Street where there are over 500 different stores, restaurants, galleries and bars located within 1.25 miles—ocean to ocean. And right across from the Sunset Marina Condominiums is the Key West Golf Club, a public 18 hole championship course designed by Rees Jones.

Enter the secure gated property and you feel totally at home. With all custom faux walls welcoming you in to a large open living room and dining area with seating for 6. The full gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar which makes entertaining while cooking a treat! There is a master bedroom en suite with king size bed. The large bath has a Jacuzzi tub and shower enclosure. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a pocket door to the second full bath which is also accessible from the foyer. The third bedroom has been turned into an office with Hi-Speed Internet, but, there is a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. All bedrooms have balconies overlooking the marina and the Gulf of Mexico. Happy Hour starts with your blender at your very own wet bar just off the living room.
Take a Jacuzzi or sun-bathe at the shared heated pool located right on the property. Grill up some freshly caught seafood on your gas BBQ grill. The condo is complete with all linens. The compound has secure parking (a total luxury in Key West). Enjoy what all Key West has to offer in the beautiful Sunset Marina Paradise.
