Tropical Retreat – 904 Frances Street, Old Town Key West. Enjoy this wonderful historic home with recent renovations, perfectly placed pool, separate Pool House and plenty of outdoor space. This home is situated in the heart of Old Town walking distance to everything. Located just six blocks from Duval Street, home of world famous watering holes, shopping and dining. Just a couple of blocks up Truman Avenue (US 1) brings you to White Street, the new Mecca for arts and entertainment, plus Faustos grocery and another Key West hot spot, Sandy's Café for the best café con leche on the island. Finely detailed with unparallel amenities, this is the perfect vacation spot for the discriminating guest who wants to enjoy Key West at its finest.

It is actually two cottages. The main house with original Dade County Pine gives this historic house a real Key West feeling. There is three bedrooms (king, queen & full) and two full baths. A lovely indoor dining area right off the open full kitchen. The kitchen includes granite countertops, all appliances and everything you need to cook, prepare and serve your favorite Key West dish. Step out of your French doors and look upon your private heated pool and the separate Pool House equipped with full size bed for that unexpected guest, tiled bath and mid-size refrigerator. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
The extensive outdoor living space is complete with a large umbrella to shade you from the Caribbean sunshine as you relax on your chaise lounges. There is a gas BBQ grill for those evening Iron Chef cook-offs.
Off street parking for up to 3 vehicles and the perfect front porch for enjoying the lazy days of Key West.
