In keeping with its name and royal lineage, the Royal Escape is located in the prestigious Casa Marina district within walking distance to both beaches and Duval Street. It offers tropical seclusion and easy access to all of the night life, shopping, and grand dining of Old Town Key West. Surrounded by bamboo and palm trees, the Royal Escape offers a completely private heated pool and Jacuzzi on a spacious deck--perfect for enjoying the stars under the tropical night sky. With plenty of seating and a Weber gas BBQ grill, the deck is also perfect for entertaining your large group of family and friends.
With an added bonus of off-street parking for up to two cars, several scooters, or cab on call, this three bedroom, three bath tropical retreat is the ultimate “Royal Escape.”
Individual making the reservation must be 25 years or older with proper identification and be an occupant of the property.
The maximum people allowed in this property is 10. If there are more than 10 people are in your party upon arrival, your party will be asked to leave without compensation.
Violation of ANY house rules will result in your party being asked to leave without compensation.
The interior of Royal Escape features a full gourmet kitchen with all the accouterments for the cook, which includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove with oven, drip coffee maker and espresso maker, toaster, blender, Keurig and an arrangement of cooking accessories that will make any chef smile. Off the kitchen, French doors open to the private back deck and lead to the pool house. With high ceilings, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, and a 46" HDTV in the living room, you’ll know you’ve arrived in paradise as soon as you walk in the door. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedrooms in the main house each have a king bed, and direct access to the deck and pool. All of the bathrooms feature beautiful tile and glass surround showers.
The guest/pool house has an additional kitchenette, private bedroom with a queen bed, living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and full bathroom.

Everyone was so helpful and flexible. We were able to leave our bags at the office until the house was ready, and the team allowed our daughter to pick up our bags to deliver them to the house for us.

The property was perfect for our family/friends of 10. Plenty of room to relax alone or gather together inside and out. The large kitchen island offered a great place to snack before venturing out on our bikes for the day/night, and the large table on the deck was a great morning coffee spot. Of course the pool was our favorite place to relax, cool off, and talk about our trip!

The team at the office were very helpful when we arrived and right before we departed by accepting and storing our luggage. They also provided coupons upon our arrival. A special thanks to Kevin McNulty for his personal attention to our needs, even on Sunday as we had a minor issue with the TV. Kevin stopped by to fix the problem and we were able to watch NFL football! Kevin is both courteous and professional.

We couldn't have been happier with Royal Escape, it was perfect. The location was great, walked to many spots, dining, beach, etc. The pool was warm for the day but we enjoyed it mostly every night so the temperature was perfect. we were staying with family and the pool house was perfect for my son, his wife and their infant son.

Amazing stay at the Royal Escape!
I can not rave enough about how perfect our stay was at the Royal Escape.The owner, Kevin, exceeded all of our expectations and went above and beyond allowing us to check in a night early, free of charge, as I had communicated that Hurricane Matthew was approaching and was going to make travel the following day dangerous and I did not want to miss any of my brother's wedding festivities. The Royal Escape was a true oasis for my family and my sisters. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, and the space on the deck and inside the home allowed the children and dog to safely play and have fun! It made our family vacation truly enjoyable and the house is close to everything you don't want to miss in Key West yet quiet in the evenings.We rented bikes and explored the island which was so fun! Thank you again and we can't wait to return!

Just about Perfect!
A great place for three brothers and their spouses. Pool, deck and outdoor dining area are terrific. House is located in a pleasant, quiet area (and we were there during spring break). We're all walkers and found the location very handy. For anyone with mobility issues, the distance to the business end of Duval might be a problem, but it certainly wasn't for us, and there are so many other attractions nearer by. Would highly recommend this property for most Key West visitors.
