Parrotville is part of the Windward Park gated community just off Simonton Street, one block from Duval Street. A total of 13 townhomes in this community that share the 20'x50' community pool.
Located in a pristine gated community called Windward Park, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath townhome is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and views of a sparkling swimming pool
This spacious vacation home just a block from downtown Key West's famous Duval Street has an open floor plan with lots of space on the main level for relaxing and entertaining. The first floor has a comfortable seating area with couch and chairs and a flat screen television for those days you want to get out of the sun and just relax. A dining area, full, modern kitchen with a bar and stools and full bath completes the first floor.
A washer and dryer are provided on the first floor.
The second floor has two bedrooms and a full, shared bath. The front bedroom has a king bed, TV, closet and opens to a second floor porch with views of the pool area and compound. The rear bedroom has two twin beds, a TV and double closet.
Parrotville is located in an ideal area of Old Town Key West. A short stroll to Duval Street offers restaurants, bars, shopping and galleries nearby. Hop on a bicycle and head down to Mallory Square or the Key West Seaport, just a slight distance more. Everything is pretty close on our island. The beaches are also just a short distance from Parrotville.
We offer all the comforts you need for your stay in paradise including WiFi, flat screen TVs, laundry, lovely and inviting community pool and one assigned parking space. There is a 4 person maximum limit to this home.
This condo is in a quiet local community and is not recommended for parties or group celebrations. We ask you to please be respectful of the residents and neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum.
This property has a 6 night minimum stay requirement.
DO NOT GO TO THE PROPERTY. Guests must check in at 828 White street to obtain the keys and information.

We could not be any happier with the townhome, and the proximity of everything. Thank you for letting us stay, as our family felt comfortable and safe. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, and met some great families.

Everything is as described. Its nice 2 bedroom townhome a block off Duval. It has all the amenities you need for an extended stay, and great WiFi. Easy to arrange and depart. Id consider staying again. Note that that the AC cannot be turned down below 70. I had no issue with that, but if you like cold rooms, this is only going down to 70z perfect for me, and if you open the window, a nice breeze blows in.

The host was exceptional and provided everything described and more. They were very responsive to a basic need request above and beyond what was already provided in the well stocked home. It was very easy to come in, get comfortable and enjoy our stay without worrying about the little stuff that makes life easy when you are away from home. They thought of everything! Nicely appointed as well.

We had a great time, it was a quiet area off of Duval, walking distance to everything. The property was clean and comfortable to lounge around at. It was secure with gates. Glad we had a reserved parking space.
