Located in the Historic District of Key West, this tropical home is a case-study in living the island lifestyle. This single level, open floor plan home has four bedrooms, three full baths, a large open living room / dining room, beautiful kitchen, multiple outdoor living spaces and custom pool.

The open living room with vaulted ceilings has a large wall mounted TV and ample, comfortable seating for relaxing, conversation and entertainment.  The living room flows into the adjacent dining area and custom kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz counters and bar with stools for eating and socializing. The adjacent, open dining room contains a dining table with comfortable seating for formal dining and indoor socialization. There is an additional kitchenette in the rear of the house with french doors to provide convenient outside dining.

The master bedroom contains a king bed, ample closets, wall mounted TV and full bath en suite. There are three additional well sized bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with California twin beds. One additional full bath is shared.  One additional king suite with bath en suite. Each bedroom has ample closets for storage and clothes.

The outdoor living area is comprised of a sizeable, custom shaped pool with surrounding, extensive deck. Numerous lounge chairs, shade umbrella, two tables with chairs and a gas grill are provided for your comfort and outdoor dining. The outdoor area is surounded by lush tropical landscaping but open for sun bathing by day and star gazing at night.

This is a monthly rental and only rents from the first of the month to the end of the month.  We can not split months.
