Features of this property include a private bedroom with king bed, full kitchen, living room with queen sleeper sofa, cable TV, gas BBQ grill, shaded private deck with outdoor dining, and poolside location at a great nightly rate. This one bedroom cottage is steps from the shared oasis-style, heated pool. It has been renovated with new floors and kitchen with all new appliances. The kitchen has both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer in this rental and an outdoor shower on the private deck.
Hidden Oasis is a great value cottage two short blocks from world famous Duval Street. Walk or bike to any bar, restaurant, shop, or gallery!
Individual making the reservation must be 25 years or older with proper identification and be an occupant of the property.
The maximum people allowed in this property is 4. If there are more than 4 people are in your party upon arrival, your party will be asked to leave without compensation.
Violation of ANY house rules will result in your party being asked to leave without compensation.

Pets: Pets are welcome; some restrictions apply.

We should be so lucky to have these guys manage rentals in all the other places we vacation to! They are amazing. Kevin, Randy, Bobby, Chris, and others were all very attentive and responsive. This really points out the differences between Airbnb, VRBO, etc. and a local, caring management company. When we arrived, we noticed some maintenance needs and called them. We got them at a busy time of checkin/checkout and they promised they would get to us in a few days. Then they showed up 36 hours later and took care of everything, way beyond our expectations. They had the decks swept every day (palm fronds) and returned to replace burned out lights we noticed and called about same day! They are caring and courteous. They make sure the places they rent are clean and maintained.

We rented Hidden Oasis. Great place for a couple. It has recently been updated with nice floors, a walkin shower, central A/C, and kitchen counters. This is one of the better places to rent in the Colonies complex as the back deck is on the property line and has nice trees on one side of the fencing. However, the complex backs up to a pool and bar of a large hotel. There is good screening between the properties. The good news is that there is nice live music during some of the happy hours, and the bar closes at 7PM. No big deal.

This is a very peaceful cottage in a great location because you can walk to almost everywhere on the island. It well stocked with all kitchen utensils and has a very comfortable King size bed. The outdoor patio is a great place to have something to eat and simply relax, we recommend this rental. Carlos

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! We slept like babies. The cottage was quiet and convenient to all restaurants. We enjoyed asking the few blocks to Duvall Street and were glad to be off the main drag. Washer and dryer in this unit was appreciated also!!
