Team members went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

It was about as good as a vacation can get. Everything about our little cottage was wonderful. The patio, landscaping and pool were picture perfect! The neighbors where awesome (the two chickens that seem to call the place home). Always cool to walk out of the cottage, sit on the patio and see them running over, like they missed us. Key West hideaways provided great ideas for activities, from golf car rentals to parasailing. Wonderful place, great memories, we will be back! I wouldn't stay any place else. Highly recommend!! 5 stars all day long.

Working with your staff was very positive. I checked in about 3 oclock on Saturday and the gentleman in the office couldnt of been nicer. My brother was delayed because of weather up north and he made sure I had what I need so my brother can check in when he arrived. Check out was also flawless.

What can I say about the Poinciana suite. It met all of my needs. We rented a golf cart. It was centrally located. We could be anywhere on the island in five minutes. The courtyard is like a sanctuary. It felt very secure and peaceful. We enjoyed having her coffee out there every morning by the pool. I loved every minute of it there. I cant wait to come back.

his place is awesome for 2 people. We were close to every thing. The hot tub was great and we used a lot. If you run out of paper products you have to get your own but there is a CVS down the street. I would highly recommend this place.

The bungalow was on point for a couple to enjoy. The private pool was wonderful and the courtyard was beautiful!

Everything is as described. Its nice 2 bedroom townhome a block off Duval. It has all the amenities you need for an extended stay, and great WiFi. Easy to arrange and depart. Id consider staying again. Note that that the AC cannot be turned down below 70. I had no issue with that, but if you like cold rooms, this is only going down to 70z perfect for me, and if you open the window, a nice breeze blows in.

Great find! This was a perfect place for 2 couples to stay in Key West! Close to everything, but still quiet! Loved this little gated community. Would stay there again and would recommend it to others!

The outside landscaping and pool area are seriously incredible! The cottage is in a great location (we walked everywhere and only took an Uber back at night when we were tired/had too much to drink). The inside of the cottage is small but quaint.

Really hard to beat the location here. You will be within a few walking minutes of every restaurant or activity available in Key West. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and all the necessary resources to cook a great meal, if you felt like it. The pool was cute and the back patio was great. The WiFi was excellent and there is off the street reserved parking for one car.

Based on the listing compared to what we experienced, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our host had quick responses to our questions prior to our arrival. The pictures provided an accurate description of what the location offered. You cannot beat the location and having a guaranteed parking space at Duval was amazing. Check-in was simple. The information packet provided at check-in was great. We would absolutely stay here again or look at the other properties this host offers.

Really nice place with beautiful landscaping and a pool shared by 3 units. The location is great if you get bicycles. We were able to park right outside the door for free. Didn't move the car, but we could have used the car during the week between 8 and 3 when the neighbors are at work. After 3 and on weekends, you may have to park a block away. But, we'll definitely try to rent this unit again.
